"Support Took Forever and Felt Robotic"
I wasn’t happy with the support at all. It took way too long to get a response, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really solve anything. What made it more frustrating was getting those canned apology messages that sound like they’re copied and pasted to everyone. I’d rather get an actual helpful answer than another generic “sorry for the inconvenience.”

"I bought one pack i’m not..."
I bought one pack i’m not sure if I’m missing something, but the sound quality just didn’t work for me. Most of it sounded kind of muddy and flat, the kicks didn’t really hit, and some of the loops had noticeable noise. I tried to make use of it, but ended up not using any of the sounds in my projects

"Not a lot worth grabbing"
I poked around for a while, but that so-called selection just didn’t have much that fit my style. A few things were okay, I guess, but overall I didn’t find much I’d actually want.

"download was a mess"
the installer kept failing over and over, and i ended up wasting my whole evening trying to get it to work. frustrating experience

"A bit too pricey for what you get"
Some of the sounds are decent, but for the price I expected a lot more. The packs felt kind of thin to me, and since I’m careful about where I spend money on music stuff, this felt like a bit of a gamble that didn’t really pay off. I ended up finding cheaper options that worked just as well
